Print Production
Our vast print production facility is the largest dedicated Point of Sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) printing facility in Europe, utilising the latest in Lithographic, Digital and Screen printing technology.
The range and breadth of our printing capacity enables us to print on the widest range of substrates and thicknesses within each process and up to the largest sizes currently available.
Our five Litho presses can print on paper, plastic and board and up to 2050 x 1500mm.
Our Digital facility includes the latest in flatbed technology with sizes up to
3200 x 1520mm and thicknesses up to 40mm. Our reel-fed Digital
machines can print on substrates up to 5metres wide and our
extensive range UV Screen presses can print up to 2705 x 1730mm.
This facility underpins our ability to produce world class POS and POP
enabling us to produce everything from the smallest shelf ticket to
the largest building wrap. We work under tight ISO: 9001/2008
and ISO: 12647 quality assurance programmes to ensure that
our print quality is consistently high.
