Display Finishing

Our extensive in-house display finishing department allows us to extend our process control throughout the entire
manufacturing facility.

Every central imaging process utilises the original files for continued accuracy. This includes
the prototyping and die making equipment employed within the department. Our three
automated CAD tables, routing decks and die makers operate to measurable and
constant tolerances unlike the traditional hand-made dies.

We can laminate thin papers onto thick or corrugated boards, up to 1.8m
width, prior to die cutting on one of our nine platen machines, this
allows Lithographic quality on more rigid displays.

The final gluing, make up and packing facility enables our
operators to individually check every display within our
quality assurance programme.
